Located approximately 2 hours away from Metro Manila, The Real Paradise lets you experience Baguio's cold breeze and fog making it the perfect sweet escape from the city! The space The Real Paradise is the perfect location for your group getaway. We offer exclusive use of the property for 10 guests. The house has a comfortable sleeping capacity of up to 10 guests at the second floor, but we can accommodate up to 14 (subject to additional rate per person. Mattresses will be provided). For groups more than 14, we have tents available for rent. Only declared guests are allowed inside the property. Unless the booking is made for a special event/celebration, undeclared names will not be allowed to enter the premises. We require a safety deposit of Php3,000 upon booking of the property due to limited mobile signal in the area. This may be paid via bank transfer, GCash or Maya. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check-out provided that the keys are returned to the caretakers and there are no missing or damaged items in the property. Guest access 1. Use of the sleeping Area with indoor balcony, kitchenette and comfort room with hot and cold shower located at the second floor 3. Use of the outdoor kitchen 4. Use of Brickfire oven where you can cook special meals such as pizza, grilled meat or fish 6. Use of campsite for tent pitching. We have tents available for rent 7. In case of accidents involving pets (e.g. animal bites or scratches, property damage, pet viral infection or sickness, etc), pet owners are held responsible and will shoulder the necessary expenses. Big pets are strictly not allowed inside the house and are required to be on a leash at all times. For small pets, please have them wear a diaper while inside the house. Please also provide pee mats and pet garbage bags. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning their pets' feces and urine. For stained property items, owners will be charged accordingly- Php500 for every stained bedsheet, pillow, blanket or mat; Php2,000 for stained mattresses. For damaged property items such as furniture bites, the rate of repair or replacement shall be assessed by the management and will be charged to the pet owner accordingly. ALL PETS MUST BE DECLARED DURING THE BOOKING STAGE. MANAGEMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY OF UNDECLARED PETS. Guest Access and Important Notes -The listing is for the entire property. This includes the ground floor, second floor and outdoor area. -We require a safety deposit of Php3,000 upon booking of the property due to limited mobile signal in the area. Please do not leave valuables inside your vehicle. -Should you wish to extend your bonfire experience or grill more food in the brickfire oven, please seek assistance from our caretakers. Additional bunch of firewood cost Php100. -You may also opt to bring your own charcoal our firewood for grilling. -Please prepare your necessities. There are several small convenience stores within the vicinity, but there's no guarantee that your lacking item will be available. -You may pre-order your food during the booking stage. For additional orders, please approach our caretakers for assistance. -Please clean as you go. Provided plates, glasses, utensils, kitchenware and cookware must be washed and returned to its respective storage place after use. -Please do not cook inside the house. Cooking is only allowed at the outdoor kitchen. -Indoor slippers will be provided for your use. Please refrain from wearing your outdoor footwear inside the house. We have shoe cabinets placed beside the doors where you can store your footwear. -While mosquitoes and fly and rarely seen in the area, please use our mosquito zapper for additional protection -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Ashtrays will be provided in smoking areas. -There's no WiFi in the mountains but we promise you will get a BETTER CONNECTION. -The Real Paradise offers a relaxing and safe place, close to nature. We would like to remind our guests though to ensure their safety at all times by taking precautions to avoid unnecessary injury, accidents and loss of valuable items.
