Game Room/ Office space This home has a unique upstairs game room and workspace; there are plenty of board game options for a game night or watch sports games on the 58” Smart TV. The work space consists of a comfortable leather desk chair and sturdy desk with lots of natural light coming through the windows. Kitchen -The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own delicious meals with brand new stainless steel appliances, large farmhouse sink, and quality cookware. Dining - Solid wood dining table seats up to 6 for an intimate dinner; there are 3 barstools at the kitchen island for additional dining and seating. The backyard dining table seats up to 4 and is nicely shaded with a large 9 foot umbrella. - Please remember to collapse the patio table umbrella after use. Guest access Entire house accessible to all guests. Smart lockbox is located at the bottom right hand corner of the front gate. Here you will find the keys to the gate and the front door. The front door is equipped with a Schlage smart lock system; access code will be customized per stay. **Attic is not accessible to any guest. **Garage is only accessible for long term tenants. Other things to note FAQs: Can I host a party at this house? - This house has a strict no party policy. Anyone who violates this rule will have their reservation cancelled. Can I bring my furry friends? - Pets are allowed for an additional $50. This charge is to ensure additional cleaning is done to remove pet hair for other guests who may have allergies. Where can my pet relieve themselves? - Pets are NOT allowed to relieve themselves in the white gravel in the back and front yard. There are green spaces in the front right side of the house by the road. You must pick up after your pet. An additional $50 will be charged for any pet feces not picked up or if feces found in the white gravel. Where do I park? - Parking is available on the driveway and street parking is free as well. Please do not block other neighboring driveways. What is the wifi password? - Wifi information and password is located on signs in the game room and kitchen. How do I put out the fire pit? - There is a hose attached to a water tap in the backyard. Please hose down the fire-pit and all hot coals. - Please ensure to turn off the water tap after hosing the fire-pit. - A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for emergencies. Safety Precautions: - There are security cameras at the entrance door and exterior of the house only that record video and sound. How do I use the smart TV? - You can login to your streaming accounts via the apps on the smart Roku TVs. What is the area like? -This house is located in a rapidly growing area in the Texas Medical Center. -There may be construction near by due to the rapid growth and development of the area. -This house is located near the major highways but far enough to have a quiet environment.
