Family beach house, can sleep 8, bring the boat!

Plenty of space for the whole family! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees, a short stroll to the beach and there is a playground around the corner- it’s the perfect place to both unwind and have fun. The space Our relaxing and spacious home is ready to welcome you to your holiday in Cape. Able to sleep 10 persons ( 4x double/queen beds, plus 2x single floor mattresses can be arranged). The upstairs zone includes: - An open plan living, kitchen and dining area. - Bathroom and toilet. - bedroom - Queen bed - bedroom - Double bed - bedroom - Queen bed We can also supply a Porta-cot if requested. The downstairs zone includes: - Another large living/rumpus area with couches and tv - bedroom - queen bed - Study/art room - Bathroom with toilet and shower - Laundry. There are plenty of toys in the kids rooms and board games for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with the birds on the deck and keep an eye in the gum trees for the resident koalas and possums who frequently visit. Beautiful Cape Paterson has so much to offer while you are holidaying here. Take a short walk to the gorgeous bay beach with the man-made rock pool or the multiple surf beaches. Meander along the cliff top walking track or go for a bike ride to the Cape Eco Village where there is another playground to enjoy. If you want to explore a little further take a drive to the surrounding towns such as Inverloch, Philip Island, Wilson’s Promontory and the many other attractions Bass Coast has to offer. Other things to note There may be some sections of the wardrobes inaccessible, there will still be plenty of space for your belongings to be stored away.
