Welcome to the West End Oasis! (Private Space)

This stylish home is perfect for a single traveler or a group stay. Its modern design, stylish furniture and ultra-comfortable King bed, make this the ideal place to stay when visiting Atlanta. The residence has a private entrance and is separate from the main house above. The home incls 1 flat screen tv with complimentary Wi-Fi, cable, NetFlix and other streaming services. 15 mins from Midtown & 12 mins from the Atlanta Airport makes this the perfect location when visiting ATL! The space The West End Oasis is the perfect place to stay when visiting the beautiful city of Atlanta, recently ranked "Best Place to Live in the U.S." by Money Magazine. The property has a private entrance, two parking spaces (available upon request), a cozy bedroom with a large comfortable King Size bed, nightstand & large closet, spacious living room with comfortable sectional, flat-screen television with a dedicated workspace with printer stocked with paper, complimentary WIFI, large bathroom with large shower, separate kitchenette with large farmhouse sink, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator/freezer and sink (no oven or stove, kitchen access in the main house is available upon request for an additional fee). There is an alternative Bar sink area fully stocked with plates, cups, coffee mugs, mixing bowls, utensils and anything else you might need for food preparation and entertaining. The West End Oasis has a separate thermostat from the main house, so you regulate the temperature yourself to your individual comfort. Your private space is separated from the main home by a dividing door and staircase. We know some guests enjoy cooking their meals while on vacation and If you would like to use the full kitchen in the main house we can provide you with access for an additional fee. Note that the full kitchen is used by the homeowners but we are happy to share and provide access on a one-off basis or continuous access throughout your stay, just let us know prior to or at any time during your stay! Know that while you are staying at the West End Oasis we are here if you should need anything at any time! Recommendations, directions and always happy to invite you up to the main house to share a cup of coffee and chat if you like! Otherwise you will never see us or know we are here. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire space. The West End Oasis is seperated from the main house by a dividing door that is dead bolted from your side and pad locked from our side. As stated above if you would like to cook during your stay we can provide you one-off or continuous access to the kitchen in the main house at any time throughout your stay. 24-48 hours prior to your stay you will receive an app invite to the cell number you send us that will allow you to access the property. This allows for self check in, but upon request we are available and happy to greet you upon your arrival to do a walk through and personal introduction to the property. For safety reasons all guests must registered in the app, You are allowed two registered guests per reservation, each additional guest up to 5 will occur an additional fee per night. Other things to note We ask that you observe quiet hours from 11pm - 7am, otherwise feel free to play music and enjoy yourself. We ask that you refrain from red wine or things that may stain the furniture or rug as you will be liable for deep cleaning in the instance that there is a spill or stain. We know that accidents happen and how easy it is to spill things, but to make sure all our guests have a great experience we do charge for any stains or damage to items in or around the property. Please do report to us if a glass or plate breaks or if there is any damage to the property. We do welcome our guests with pets! Please note that we do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet because our cleaning service requires a more expensive process after a pet stay. We want you to have a comfortable experience in the home and whatever we can do to help make that happen we are happy to assist.
