NEW guesthouse, w/steam sauna & 110" movie theater

A DREAM NEW Studio Guesthouse. Has: * A PRIVATE WET/steam sauna in the bathroom * ALL YOU CAN WATCH apps on TV as- Apple plus, Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, Amazon Prime * A 110" drop-down screen with a high-end projector OR A 65” TV * Dining table for two with two chairs. * A high-end blender (Bluetech) * Its own small back patio with outside table and chairs. * Has a full kitchen. * A new modern Murphy bed with a super comfy Ghostbed mattress (Queen size). * A large fridge. * A shared Parking The space Rent for a weekend and feel like you’re at a 5- star hotel by Privately enjoying and relaxing at the shower/wet sauna (steam room) in the guesthouse after a long day. Then you can either watch a movie on the 65” TV OR drop down the 110” HD screen with surround sound. There is one main entrance that we also use and the guesthouse is in the back. There are two gates separating the street to the guesthouse. There are cameras ALL around the property for safety reasons. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and three kids). We are an active family so during the weekends we travel sometimes for the day. The kids do make noise but the unit is almost soundproof (it was built that way with double drywalls). We and the kids do play a lot outside around the house But we rarely use the back patio of the Guesthouse unless we need tools for yard work or get the bikes out. If you need to do laundry- you could ask us to use the washer and dryer (it's in our main house). Guest access Parking is either on the street OR/AND in our driveway behind a closed gate.
