The Kicklighter, constructed in the early 1890's is Jesup's most beloved historical building. In 2021 major renovations were completed when the 2nd-floor offices were transformed into upscale accommodations. Careful consideration to preserve much of its original charm yet provide guests with all modern amenities makes our property curiously unique. Located in the heart of downtown, plenty of parking, easily accessible and all that downtown has to offer is within walking distance. The space The Mallard Arms Inn offers nine themed one of a kind custom designed rooms. Our beautifully appointed accommodations provide guests all the modern comforts in uniquely decorated units with a stylish charm that is sure to make your stay a memorable experience. Other things to note Our rooms are located on the top floor of a beautifully renovated historic building. In order to uphold the authentic preservation of the establishment, we exclusively provide a staircase for access to our accommodations.
