Nice original apartment in Aubervilliers
Nice original apartment in Aubervilliers
Description
This accommodation was completely renovated in 2022 by me, in a style faithful to the old and in an approach of optimization of light, plants and color, to create a unique place! Warning! 5th floor without elevator access! Also note, the stairwell and courtyard are in very poor condition (last photos)! The space The very first thing I want to share with you is the fact that this is my home: I occupy this space, my books, my paintings, my clothes are there. I therefore place great trust in the people I receive and hope that the premises will be respected. The accommodation is composed of: - a main room with a double sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, but which is good in case of need; - a separate bedroom with a double bed, but no concrete door between the living room and the bedroom; note: the bedroom overlooks the street, which can cause noise pollution (bus and scooter at night, etc.); - a bathroom, open to the entire accommodation; there is a shutter that allows you to create a little privacy but I prefer to warn about the originality of this bathroom, which is fully open to the living room, kitchen and hallway with glass windows in the shower! Also be careful, the bathroom sink is not installed, so you have to use the kitchen sink! - a separate toilet - a kitchen open to the living room, with a glass wall shared with the shower! The apartment is bright and very nice, I put a lot of heart into building a place where you feel good. IMPORTANT: The building is a very beautiful brick architect's building built in 1930. It has been very poorly maintained for about thirty years and the courtyard and stairwell are dirty and degraded. Work is planned for 2024. Guest access Hand delivery of keys and hosting!
