Welcome to our beautiful and specious waterfront cottage. The cottage is surrounded with nature and peaceful canal which has access to the Simcoe Lake. it has also a private dock for boating, swimming and fishing. You can even park your boat at the dock. It is about 1.5 hour drive from Toronto and we can accommodate up to 10 people or more. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3 washrooms, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, 3 kitchens, laundry room, thankless BBQ, fire pit & outdoor furniture The space Entire cottage which include 4+1 bedrooms and 3 kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious backyard with equipped dock and access to private canal with access to the Simcoe Lake. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage except Mechanical Room, Storages and Garage. Other things to note - No smoking inside the cottage. - No cigarette butts and empty beer bottles anywhere on the property ,subject to additional cleaning charges. - Excessive noise is absolutely prohibited. Quiet time: 10 pm-7 am. - Guests are responsible for separating garbage and dumping into proper bins located outside (Recycle, Organic and Garbage). Leaving the garbages behind will be charged additionally with the minimum of $100 or more.
