The space Located next to the Hotel San Juan in the most touristic area in Puerto Rico. Recently renovated for that cozy touch. The studio (446 square feet or 41.45 square meters) offers a queen-sized bed, a small kitchen with standard utilities (stove top, fridge, microwave, dinnerware, utensils, etc.), air conditioner, bathroom with water heater, soap, shampoo, conditioner, linens, bath and beach towels, and a parking space. No space is shared, so you will have the privacy while you are there. A big pool for those pool lovers. We provide 2 beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. Beach is a 5 minutes walk around the block! Guest access Common area of the building including: 1 free parking, coin laundromat room, picnic area, vending machines, pool. Other things to note 1. Pool will be opened from 7:00am to 10:00pm. 2. Every third Thursday of the month, the condo performs monthly water pipes maintenance from 9am to 2pm. Other things to note: Keys and access: A unique code will be your key to the room in your stay. A master key (blue round plastic key) for the pool and gates will be provided. Also we provide a parking permit so you can hang it to your car's rear view mirror. Parking space: 1 free parking space. If you need an extra parking space there is a parking lot in front of the building. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the condo. Drugs and alcohol: Drugs are NOT allowed. Please drink responsibly. Always make sure the door closes correctly every time you enter or leave the apartment and never share your room digital key with anyone. PLEASE READ: Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.
