A TV and modern dining table with 4 chairs. A small kitchen with everything you need. Fridge freezer, a washing machine / tumble dryer combi. Freestanding oven. Kettle, Microwave, Toaster - All utilities brand new. Upstairs has a bathroom containing a shower, bath, with sink and toilet A small bedroom with single bunk beds - Sleeps 2 A double bedroom with a double bed and can also contain optional pull out mattress from under bunk bed on request (please note space in room becomes tight during this arrangement but may suit some guests) - Sleeps 3 1 or 2 pets allowed but must inform when booking (to be kept downstairs only on hard floors).
