Description
Minutes from the entrance to Letchworth State Park!Washer, dryer, quality linens and towels. Unobstructed view of the lake. Great fishing, swimming and kayaking via the State boat launch or Perry Public Beach. Very peaceful and quiet, with a great fire pit area. The space Feels relaxed and quiet. The furniture is comfortable and informal. The pergola in back is a wonderful place to grill and visit for dinner. Guest access Guests have full access to all of the property except one locked closet where I keep tools.
