It is equipped with a foldaway bed from a well-known French brand and a 140-cm sofa bed, also from a well-known French brand. The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a blackout curtain. Each space has an independent ceiling fan in light (3 tone of soft to strong remote controlled light) and ventilation (very efficient remote controlled with 3 speeds: the first is already largely sufficient). If necessary, a TV headset allows you to respect the tranquility and sleep of your partner …. The studio's loft layout allows for excellent air circulation much appreciated in summer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment has countless power outlets ( outlet on the terrace as well), making it easy to work remotely. Access to the sea is secure and is from the ground floor without having to go around the building. Linens and towels will be provided. The accommodation is also equipped with: salt, pepper and other spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, infusion, sugar, cleaning products, toilet paper, towel, garbage bag, dishwashing product etc...
