Separate from the main house, the studio features a cosy mezzanine bed, shower/toilet, and basic cooking facilities—perfect for solo travellers or couples. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, or fly fishing at the lake, (nearby walking distance) and walk to the iconic Okere Falls Store for breakfast or a craft beer. A quiet base to explore Rotorua and unwind in nature. The space Inside, you'll find a light-filled studio with a cozy mezzanine bed, a compact bathroom with shower and toilet, and simple cooking facilities ideal for preparing light meals. Large windows frame views of the surrounding greenery, and the soft sounds of birdlife provide a soothing natural soundtrack. While the studio is located close to the main house (off the garage) and shares the same driveway, it is fully self-contained and positioned to provide privacy and a restful retreat.
