Relax and unwind in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at Pelican Inlet on your vacation! Nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach, this spacious unit is the quintessential vacation spot! This vacation spot is located on the second floor with a private patio that enjoys a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. It is just minutes to the white sandy beach, includes a queen suite, guest room with two twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room and laundry room. Perfect for a long weekend getaway or an entire week or treat yourself to a month at the beach! Tropical decor with comfortable linens. Not your typical rental - this is a blast! Pool, grilling area, tennis courts, and kayak, boat, and bike storage on site. Easy to reach the Intracoastal Waterway (behind the complex) and the beach (walk-over is right in front!) Be sure to take your provided beach supplies! I am available for questions, concerns and compliments via text and phone. I live an hour away in Bostwick on a little hobby-rescue farm named M.T. Nest Farm. The funds we raise by renting the condo are used to care for the animals we rescue. I do ask that you text me and let me know when you arrive & also when you depart. We do use the condo frequently and therefore it stays in good repair and is well stocked. Crescent Beach is "old Florida". There are very few high rises, lots of cute homes, casual cafes, grilles and bars within walking distance & an ice cream shop. There is also a great fish camp / bait shop within walking distance where you can rent kayaks, stand up boards, fishing gear, take a guided fishing trip & buy all your bait / fishing gear. The fish camp also hosts local concerts, movies by the sea and the occasional oyster roast. You will need a vehicle to get into historic St. Augustine. There are parking areas throughout the historic area. Most of our guests arrive by car. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. Taxis and Uber are also used. You are welcome to bring beach bikes to explore the local community. You can lock your bikes up at the bike rack. This condo is on the 2nd floor and the corner unit ( only 1 neighbor ) with a private patio overlooking a view of the waterway.
