The house is located close to beach and on a quite cul-de-sac. The room has it's own private entrance. Central heat, portable AC, TV with ROKU box provided.. Guest access You could check-in yourself. We can leave key at entry door. The room entrance is from right side of house. Follow the path on right. We feel that the room has everything you should need to make your stay comfortable, but if you feel you need something else please let us know and we would be happy to lend from upstairs. You can park on the street or on left side of driveway. During your stay I can meet in person or can talk via phone as well. Other things to note This is a family home. I live with kids so you will hear normal living sounds above you.
