Get away from it all when you stay on this family run boarding and training horse ranch. 20 min from SD. Perfect for family and kids. Pet friendly. Downstairs of two story house, self contained with family games and entertainment: foosball, air hockey, pool table,arcade game,darts and more. Entertainment room w/large tv. Air mattress avail. Full Kitchen and bath. Come visit our adorable animal family: chickens, dogs, rabbits, geese, pig and kid friendly horses. Must love animals and ranch life. The space This comfortable and cozy guest house is 800 plus square feet. It is on a two acre horse ranch in the desired community of Bonita and is all about making your stay an incredible experience. Imagine hearing roosters in the background and horses with an occasional pig in the backyard. Want to learn how to groom and care for a horse? Collect your own eggs from the chicken coop? I would love to schedule some time with you to do that. Have tons of fun inside playing darts, air hockey, foosball, pool or arcade game. If you would like outside activities horseback riding lessons are available or you can hike out our back gate to explore the counties riding and hiking trails. Take your camera in case you run into any of the resident wildlife roaming around. You have a private entrance and the house includes 1 bedroom with a double bed ( air mattress available if desired) and a fully stocked bathroom with a large shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, kuerig, Nespresso, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. This is fully stocked with everything you would need to make your meals, including fresh eggs if my hens and geese are cooperating during your visit. There is water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate already stocked. Just bring whatever food you would like to make and you will be set. Spices, paper plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, blender etc also stocked. The living room has an electrical fireplace for ambiance and heating along with a table that looks over the ranch to enjoy meals or coffee. The TV room has a 60” TV, super comfy couches with reclining chairs on each end and for the more adventurous there are two bean bag chairs. Ceiling fans and heaters for every room will keep you comfy. I live upstairs and am only a call or text away for any additional needs you might have or questions. Two miles from highway 805 this is country living in a convenient location. Guest access You have a uncovered parking space in front of the gate going into the back yard. The entrance to the house is through the gate and in the yard. I board horses so the large backyard is shared with boarders and myself. Other things to note Bonita is a rural community which is set up for the enjoyment of hiking, golfing, jogging, biking and horseback riding. This property is conveniently located near major attractions. Leave the country feel of the house and you’re only a couple of miles from highway 805. Rohr Park is Bonita’s premiere park and is located two miles away. It is surrounded by three miles of walking trails and next to one of Bonita’s two golf courses. The town of Bonita is a mile away and has shops for anything you could want including some great restaurants.
