Peaceful and centrally-located place. Other things to note House Rules for Inspired Homes Pre-Arrival: 1. A WA group will be created 5-7 days before your arrival date. The location and relevant details will be shared there. 2. Before check-in, all guests must provide the following for verification: • Local guests: A copy of either your IC/MySejahtera profile screeshot / Driver's licence with full name and IC number stated on it. • International guests: A copy of your passport with full name and passport number stated on it. Facilities Notice: The facilities provided (as stated in the list) are additional amenities managed by the building management. If any facilities undergo maintenance or become unavailable during your stay, we will not provide any refunds or compensation. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these terms. Check-In: 1. The check-in guide will be shared in the WA group 30 minutes prior to your check-in time. During Your Stay: 1. Keep the property clean and tidy, as it was at the time of check-in. 2. Dispose of garbage if the bin is full, especially if it contains food waste. Avoid leaving food-stained garbage overnight. Extra garbage bags are available in the cabinet. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A penalty of RM100 will be charged for violations, including evidence such as cigarette odor, ash, or cigarette buds. 4. Durian, mangosteens, or any other strongly scented foods are not allowed in the unit. A RM100 penalty will be imposed if odors from these foods are detected. 5. If balloons are used for celebrations, please remove them before check-out. Confetti is strictly prohibited. An extra cleaning fee of RM100 will be charged if not adhered to. 6. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 7. Pets are not allowed in the unit. 8. Please clean all kitchenware after use. Damages and Penalties: 1.
