It offers beautiful ambience with everything you need to unwind and enjoy - spacious, sunny, two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, luxurious fireside lounge area, large deck and fabulous outdoor shower and double bath. Only 10 minutes drive to Wānāka or an easy walk to local coffee vendors and the Clutha river trails and swimming spots. The space Riverland is on top of a small hill on a large private section. When you arrive the decor and views will wash your worries away. This space says relax and enjoy! There is a large deck and BBQ for outdoor living, and you are welcome to sample produce from the kitchen vegetable garden. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house to ensure privacy. Both rooms have stunning views. The outdoor bath and shower add that extra special luxury to your stay. Guest access You'll have this very private retreat all to yourself. Please note that Riverland driveway is not suitable for campervans. You can, however, park your campervan on the road and walk up the driveway. Other things to note Riverland is close to beautiful swimming holes on the Clutha river.
