Please note that the minimum age requirement to book is 23. The space The cottage has a forest area on one side and a large green field at the back. It's one of three homes on two acres of very peaceful private land that was originally a dairy farm. The entire home was renovated from top to bottom with all new appliances, new kitchen, bathroom and all floors. It has a full home water filtration system and water softening system. Large deck porches were built on the front and back and the back deck has a hot tub and seating area overlooking the land as well as a grill for your use. The sun rises at the back of the home and sets at the front. There is plenty of lighting on the front and back decks so you can enjoy your evenings or early mornings outside. Everything about this cottage is charming and we hope you'll enjoy it. BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom: Unwind in the master bedroom with comfy bedding, a TV and room darkening curtains. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has room darkening curtains and comfy bedding. ENTERTAINMENT AND CONNECTIVITY: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Enjoy entertainment with Smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom. We provide HBO Max and Disney Plus for your viewing pleasure, and you can sign in to any other streaming services you already subscribe to.
