The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen. In living room there is a sofa bed, Smart TV(youtube), washing machine. Apartment is located in 7 floor with sea view. We have installed a big new kitchen, another room in condo not have it. On the balconies is installed a safety net, so if you have small kids you shouldn’t worry. A baby eating chair/potty and baby cot we can provide for free by requesting in advance. Condo has 7 pools, baby play room, fitness room. The space In 1 bedroom there is extra latex mattress on top. You can use it on bedroom or on sofa bed from living room. Living room es equipped with big TV with Smart TV. Kitchen has everything you need- pots, plates, cutlery. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen itself is new and big, it was installed separately. Very comfortable for families. Other things to note Monthly rate is available. But if you book 1 month and more, you should additionally pay the electricity and water usage, calculated by meters (on check in and heck out day), CASH ONLY. Normally, it will be around 3500 THB monthly, if you use all Aircon moderately.
