Tucked away in a quiet mews just a minute from Padstow’s harbour, Grove Place Cottage is the perfect escape for two. Enjoy peaceful surroundings with top restaurants, cosy pubs, and scenic coastal walks right on your doorstep. The space Inside you'll find the open plan living area with kitchen/diner. The kitchen has all the essentials and benefits from a Bosch electric oven and induction hob. Upstairs, there's a double bedroom and bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Outside, the sunny, patio is a place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. With fast full-fibre broadband and everything you need for a relaxing stay, the cottage is an ideal base for those looking to explore, unwind, and enjoy all that Padstow has to offer. Location Padstow is a lively harbour town with plenty of history. Prideaux Place, a beautiful Elizabethan manor, just up the hill, is the perfect spot for a cream tea and has even starred in film and TV, including adaptations of Rosamunde Pilcher’s novels. Wander from the working harbour to the South West Coast Path, dip into bakeries and boutiques, or spend the evening in one of Padstow’s many top restaurants and traditional pubs — all just a short stroll away. Parking There’s no on-site parking, but you can pull in by the cottage to unload before heading to one of the public car parks which are a short walk away. Link Road carpark is nearest to the cottage and has a weekly rate of £27.90 (Summer 2026). Off peak rates are lower. Please note the stairs are very steep and the cottage does not have child safety measures in place so is not suitable for infants. Guest access Guests have access to the whole cottage. Other things to note Please note that the staircase is steep. From June to September there is a 5 night minimum stay. No pets or dogs allowed. Please note that despite thorough cleaning, we cannot guarantee the cottage is entirely free of pet allergens and it may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies.
