The apartment is situated in a no-traffic area and can be reached by a five minutes walk (approx 200 meters) uphill. The space Beautifull equipped accomodation recently built. One room with kitchenette, double bed, double bed sofa and private bathroom. Guest access Guests will be provided with a set of keys and will be able to access the apartment freely with full privacy. Guests will enjoi the panoramica terrace and the garden in front of the house. Other things to note Please note that the track leading to the house is on a slope with steps and cobbles. The house is 200 meters walk from Via Pissorella Rio 20. Upon request, if available, it is possible to reserve a parking space in Via Pissorella Rio adjacent to the pedestrian street or, for a cost of Euro 10 per day, a garage in the nearby Via Castagneto Seià. About 400 meters from the house, near the municipal swimming pool, there is a free public parking with no time limitation. Tourist tax of 2,5 euros per person and per night will be collected by us directly and paid to the Municipality.
