We are 5 from most beautiful beaches in the area - Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Close to the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino Fort Lauderdale International Airport Pool & Jacuzzi- The Pool & Jacuzzi heating is complementary at this property. Winter months in Florida the pool temperature will be maintained between 82-84 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. This is the recommended temperature for our pool professionals. If you desire to have the pool heated above 83 Degrees, we could accommodate to do so for an upcharge of $25/day to a maximum of 87 degrees. For higher temperatures you have full complementary access to the Jacuzzi which heats up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Beautiful open interior with delicate coastal decoration. Except the garage (which is used to store maintenance equipment) Other things to note In times where being mobile and having access to good internet connectivity and a comfortable work space comes as a priority. We have made our space extremely comfortable for our guests to be able to have access to designated work areas while enjoying vacation Smoking of any type is NOT permitted inside the property. Outdoor smoking with previous consent and approval prior to booking. Air Conditioner in this home will be fully available for your control in the range of 70-82 degrees Must be 25 years old to check in If the person booking will be delayed from the Rest of the party authorization must be granted in writing Se habla español (SPECIAL NOTES & DATES PLEASE READ) Between the Months of August and October we will be anticipating the build of a new seawall and dock in the waterway. This will involve construction in the waterway at the property. (WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMITS TO BEGIN BUILDING SO EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN!) Prices of the property will most likely be at a substantial reduction in price during these months. or for the build dates specifically. PLEASE!! Before renting in these months ask before booking if this is something that would bother you. Again the property would be at a substantial discount off normal pricing.
