Edgewater Retreat is a charming and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in a nice area on Lake Whitney. You can see the Whitney Dam from the backyard and living room. Come enjoy a large open kitchen for the culinary enthusiast with ample dining space for 6 at the table and 2 more at the island bar. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal pit and a large fenced back yard. We offer most of the accommodations you would find in your own home. The space Edgewater Retreat is centrally located to so many great things associated with Lake Whitney, Bosque & Hill County. We are just around the corner from Uncle Gus' Marina where you can launch your boat or rent a boat for the day. For swimming we are just a few minutes away from Lofers Bend Park and Walling Bend Park. You can launch a boat at both of these locations as well. If you get enough of the lake you can always venture into historic Bosque County. Clifton, Meridian, and Valley Mills offer antique stores, art galleries, restaurants and museums. There's also golfing. White Bluff Resort & Lake Whitney Golf Club near Whitney offer good pricing and great golf. We are NOT a waterfront property. We do have a great view of Lake Whitney.
