A short walk from Franklinton’s unique, diverse, and revitalized downtown, Creeksea on Main is a charming and idyllic setting for your relaxation. This turn of the century colonial home is named to honor the Host’s family ancestral home in the Essex countryside east of London, England. Its décor reflects his eclectic tastes and heritage, a fusion of rural southern charm with an urban, cosmopolitan flair. The space The Creeksea on Main listing offers parties of 1-2 guests a choice of one of the two cozy and spacious upstairs bedrooms for their stay. Larger parties (3 or 4 guests) may use both rooms (additional guest fees required). Guest access The base rate of $89 is for parties of 1 to 2 guests sharing a bed in 1 of the 2 private bedrooms NOT both bedrooms. Reservations for parties of 3 to 4 guests will have BOTH bedrooms. Note: parties of 2 guests REQUIRING SEPERATE BEDS may opt to use the fold up single bed at no additional charge OR indicate "3" adults when making the reservation to get BOTH bedrooms at discount pricing (Base rate $89 + $30/night). During your stay I will welcome you at the front door upon arrival and provide keys. If you prefer self check-in, or plan to arrive late evening please message me your room preference and I'll send you a smart lock pin code to access the front door. Other things to note Complying with the house rules at the Airbnb property is a requirement of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to adhere to the house rules may result in penalties and additional fees.
