Mika's Retreat-Chappell Hill Maldives

Hi Everyone…this is Mika! Thanks for considering staying in my home! Unique, luxurious, and sexy getaway in the middle of Texas hill country. We want you to feel like you are visiting a close friend when you are with us. FYI- new interior latches added onto each door as a secondary lock in case the house shifts and the deadboat sticks. The space Imagine a luxury country escape built over a beautiful pond with fish jumping at your doorstep!! Fresh flowers and plants throughout the and the most comfortable sheets imaginable. A hot tub, a luxury massage chair that you can sit in for hours ...steam shower. Heated toilet seat in the winter!! I went all out! Please note that the King bed is open concept. And the private rooms have a queen, and a twin. Also, a couple of guest mentioned the one of the doors not locking. A different times of the year the house will shift and a door could stick. So I added interior locks to each door but also remember you’re out in the country and an incredibly safe area with zero crime. Guest access Mika’s brother lives next door and manages the property. You will have access to your private decks and the pond on the right side of the property. Everything to the left is private property. Other things to note Parties and events must be approved and have a small up charge in the cleaning fee! Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property indoors or outdoors. Anyone Found smoking unfortunately, will be asked to leave. Chappel Hill is a very dry county and fires start extremely easy in this part of Texas! You are welcome to fish. But there is no swimming in the pond due to liability reasons. Please keep in mind that we are experiencing a drought so the pond is not as full this time of year. Remember there is 1 bathroom, 1 shower & outdoor shower. Please rotate showers to maintain heated water. because our house is built on water, sometimes the doors shift in certain parts of the year and are a little bit harder to lock. We have decided to keep the door in the small bedroom locked at all times that is the one that gives us the most shifting problems. There are three other doors to exit out of so you should be just fine. You could not be in a safer part of Texas!
