The adjacent dining room is picturesque with wonderful windows and table seating for 6. Take your coffee or favorite snack out to the screened porch for the perfect start or end to your island day. The first floor has a powder room and laundry room with new full size washer/dryer for your convenience. A great bedroom for a child to be near their parents. A second guest room has a queen bed. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the 4th bedroom. It is also, within walking distance of the Lake House, Equestrian Center and Racquet Club. Hop on a bike and take the path all the way to Bohicket Marina or Freshfields shopping village. Just a short bike or car ride takes you to the 3.5 miles of private, unspoiled beach that make Seabrook Island truly special.
