Our back yard is an oasis of beauty with a hot tub! The space This beautiful and charming home is in the heart or Rockridge. You will be steps away from top-ranked restaurants and a diversity of food options. Walking distance from the BART, coffee shops, and incredible shopping on College Avenue. You're staying in a friendly neighborhood on a quiet street. The back yard is an oasis of beauty and tranquility with a hot tub! There are 7 steps to the entry of the home, with a sturdy railing. The ground floor has been completely updated with a spacious kitchen, dining room and a large welcoming living room. There are windows all throughout providing lovely warm light. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. One bedroom has the bathroom adjoining, and contains a twin bed. The other bedroom on this floor has a queen bed. For convenience the washer /dryer is located on the ground floor. The upper floor has also been updated recently and has lovely views from the primary bedroom with a private bathroom. There is an attic/storage space adjoining the primary upstairs bedroom. The outdoor space is fully fenced with seating areas, a hot tub, and access from the home and from the driveway through a fence. Other things to note We have a wonderful outdoor cat named GRRRey Kitty. She comes in through a cat door and eats her food on the washing machine and leaves again. She sneaks in an upstairs window at night to sleep in the attic. She is rarely in the house so there is little cat hair, but it would be great if you liked cats and would be willing to feed her once a day while you are here.
