This is a new unique 1 bedroom plus den bedroom (with pull-out queen bed) apartment that is ideal for relaxing on the weekends, for extended stays in town, or for a pit stop when driving to Prince Edward County! Your apartment has "1/2 written" at the entrance. Parking is free for one vehicle on the driveway and is allocated on the left side of the driveway. The right side of the driveway is reserved for the other tenant. Backyard and Front Porch: Please note that this is a communal space that is shared with other guests. Other things to note Please note that there is a separate Airbnb unit at the front of the property. Please note that the master bedroom can only be accessed from the second bedroom (or den). Also, the shower is on the smaller side and may feel a bit tight for guests who are over 6 feet tall. The house thermostat is set to a comfortable temperature. If you need to adjust the temperature to cool/heat the space please use the remote found in the living room to operate your ductless A/C/heating unit. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly. Please note that there is some known damage to the top of the countertops in the kitchen. Due to the built-in stovetop, a custom-cut replacement is required. We're currently waiting for it to be ready and for our handyman to complete the installation. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the unaesthetic appearance in the meantime. However, the kitchen remains fully functional despite the visible wear. There is no cable TV available. Security cameras are located on-site for your security. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
