Description

Not your typical suite. Historic. Private. This National Historical Registry 1905 Ft. Stevens second-in-command officers duplex suite is a completely private third floor walkup (old servants quarters- meaning it has no elevator). So much to do and see: children's playground in the front quad, walking, hiking, biking, explore Ft. Stevens, Hammond marina, jaunts to Astoria, Seaside, as well as everything else the area has to offer. And did we say, wildlife is abundant! The space Cozy, not cramped. Room to spread out. Have a cup or tea or coffee in the kitchenette nook (microwave, fridge and Keurig) snuggle up the chairs or couch, read a book or watch the TV. Dedicated office space. Park is right across the street to swing, play games, and watch the sunset. Guest access There is a dedicated parking spaces fort he 540 Suite. You can walk to the park, Fort Stevens, the Hammond marina and bike to the ocean. Other things to note Remember: no cleaning fee. A friendly reminder that there is wildlife abundant, so caution is recommended. And again, it is two and a half flights up in the old servants staircase.
