The space An elegant and comfortable Victorian self contained apartment on the first floor of a mansion block. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a king sized bed, the second a double bed) with the option of a third bed, single futon mattress in the lounge or master bedroom. Travel cot and highchair are also available for younger guests. For guests that want to drive you have the option of purchasing at an additional cost daily parking permits allowing you to park on the street (which is otherwise restricted) The apartment retains many of it's original Victorian features and has wooden flooring throughout, high ceilings, original sash windows and stunning cast iron fireplace and chandelier. The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished with antiques, paintings and prints so guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in an interesting period property. Guest access The apartment is self contained within a purpose built mansion block (7 apartments in total). The apartment has it's own keysafe so entry time is flexible. Other things to note The apartment is located between Clapham Road and Brixton Road. Local amenities within a 5 minute walk include: a small supermarket; an independent greengrocer; gym; Post Office; vegan café; and a number of coffee shops and delicatessens. Kennington Park and the local farmers market are less than 10 minutes away. Brixton Village and food market is also a short bus ride away.
