The space This 50 square meter apartment is on the first floor, accessible by lift or a staircase. It will offer you a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer etc.), living room (with sofa bed and balcony), bedroom (with a double-bed), bathroom (with bathtub, toilet and washing machine). I also hope you agree that I insist on no-damage policy to keep the place as beautiful as long as possible. If you’re not ready to treat it like your own, please don’t choose it. Please take off your shoes right at the entrance to prevent the floor from stains and scratches. If there’s any damage done to the floors, walls, furniture or appliances, it will be claimed back.
