You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families. Guest access When accessing from the alley please use the white gate on the left side of the home or the white gate on the right side of the home when accessing from the boardwalk. Quiet Hours Notice Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours.
