There is a space heater on wheels that you can move around in different areas if need be. There are also small appliances underneath the cabinet where the TV is is a mixer,toaster there’s a blender next to the microwave. There is a full size coffee pot. The cushions for the outside patio are behind the couch be aware there are nearby cats that may lay on them or urinate on them so be best to bring cushions back in at night Guest access there is a lock box there I will give you the combination when you book. Also when you use your GPS to get to the location you should leave your cell phone on the whole duration of the trip because going to the mountains there is no cell phone service you should be fine as long as you do not turn the phone off.
