We are protected from the south easter and the southerly winds so when others are experiencing wind we can be out of the deck very easily How many levels: The main house is 2 levels (living area downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs). We also have a suite under the deck which is down a level from the main house. So all included, 3 levels. Is there a pool or any other features to note? We have a large pool and a very large deck with amazing views No parties and no loud noise between 10pm and 8am Guest access Guests can access the entire space. Please note, there will be a room attached to the house that will be blocked off for storage.
