Getting out to eat not your thing, order food delivery from local restaurants or nearby grocery store. Dogs ONLY, 2 max of 35 lbs or less. Food and water bowls provided. Towel to wipe paws by backdoor. $100 NON-REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT REQUIRED for extra cleaning. Cannot leave pets alone inside the home for long periods of time. Please keep pets off furniture and please pick up after them in the yard(doggie bags supplied in basket by front door). If more than approved # pets enter the home they will be asked to leave or be charged additional $100-500 depending on how the home was left! No Smoking and/or vaping inside the home or near any entry points. Please be mindful as we are often in a drought. Extinguish completely and dispose in trash. Guest access The entire house and property is yours with the exception of the Primary bedroom closet/laundry room washer and dryer available for 3 or more night stays.. Garage is not included at this time (Gameroom to come....) Other things to note There are exterior security cameras on both sides of house facing entrances. Also note that water levels on Texas lakes change often. 2023 was a severe drought and as of May 2024 we have had near record rain and the sandy island mentioned was underwater although this does not affect the house or sunsets! As of Sept 2024 levels back to normal but are subject to change so please inquire if this affects your decision on booking. Parties or large get togethers above the Maximum of 7 are NOT APPROVED unless agreed to by host PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING or ARRIVAL. There will be a charge of $50 per person for any additional unapproved guests. I there is party or larger group gathering there can also be a Venue charge of additional $300-500 or you can be asked to leave without a refund. Also checkout is firm by 11am, if late checkout you can be charged $50 per/30 min past. Lake Belton is partially bordered on the west by Fort Hood, (across the lake) that conducts routine training exercises. As such you may occasionally hear aircraft noise.
