It is the best starting point to visit the city by walk without having to worry about a car. Other things to note - Parking is free in the surrounding streets from 12:30 to 14:00 (2pm) and from 19:00 (7pm) to 9:00 (9am) from monday to saturday, as well as sundays and holidays. - The Tribunal parking (closed and underground) is across the street. - The Churchill parking (open) is 3min walking distance and cost 5,80€ per day. - For free parking, you can try other parts on the downtown area : Emailleurs, Champ de Juillet.
