We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - Easy self-checkin via secure door keypad with unique access code for every new guest. - Complimentary WiFi, 65 inch Roku TV with Free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. - Keurig Coffee Machine with medium roast coffee K-cup pods only (no coffee ground). We also have tea, coffee creamer, sugar, and sweetener. -Fully Equipped Kitchen: comes with cookware, pots and pan, colander, bowls and dishes with full sets of silverware, knives set, cutting board. Oil, salt, pepper, sugar are included. -Kitchen appliances: Dish washer, stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with bottom freezer, hot water kettle. - Baths: we provide you with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. Additional towels are available. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, Q-tips, hair dryer, hair straightener are also accommodated. Our master bath walk-in closet has hangers, iron and iron board. - Sleep: each bedroom has blackout sunshades to ensure that you have the best sleep. Each bed preps with comforter and duvet cover and plenty of pillows. Additional blankets are available if needed. - Laundry: in house washer and dryer are available, comes with laundry detergent. Other things to note TRASH: Trash bin is located near the backyard entrance door (no lock). We will come every Tuesday night to move the trash bin to the front driveway for Wednesday trash pick up. DOOR LOCK: please lock front door when leaving the property. Press the Lock icon for 3 seconds on the key pad to lock door. SECURITY CAMERAS: the property has 3 cameras, one is the video door bell at front door, second is at the driveway, and the third is in the backyard. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Due to fire code and city ordinance, we need to know the exact number of guests for each booking. NO additional guest(s) allowed on the property at any time, without host approval.
