House View of Audierne Bay 5 minutes from the beaches

The House is located near the sea. The Port of Pors Poulhan is a 10 min walk with its small cafe and terrace. It is in a small cul-de-sac to be quiet during your vacation. The town of Plozévet is 3 km away by car. There are small shops here: Bakery, Butcher, Fishmonger, Pharmacy as well as a medium surface area and a tourist office. The municipality of Audierne is a 15-minute drive away. There is a market on Saturday morning. The space The house consists of a small kitchen on the ground floor with a seating area with 2 sofas and a south-facing veranda for meals. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 1200 m2 garden is enclosed and secured by a gate with no opposite side on the south side. Other things to note The GR34 passes close to the house for lovers of walks on the coastal paths.
