Apartment in the center on the 2nd floor of a condominium from 1852. The exposed bricks make the apartment comfortable, consisting of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom (with double bed), bedroom (1-2 beds that can become double, window overlooking condominium stairs) and bathroom (CIR00127202378). 5 min walk to Porta Nuova Station and Via Roma, in San Salvario (full of pubs and restaurants). For long stays, cleaning every 2 weeks is included. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a condominium built in 1852. To enter, you must climb 15 steps on foot. The apartment, located in the center, is in an elegant building and consists of: - living room with kitchen equipped with all comforts (oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer) and single or double sofa bed - master bedroom with double bed - smaller room with 2 single beds (that can be combined into a double bed) - bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, washing machine and dryer. The entire apartment is covered by Wi-Fi (fiber optics). We will provide towels and sheets (not ironed). Both I (Valentina) and Yandi will be available for any need. ☺️ Guest access Every part of the apartment is available for guests' use, with the exception of a closet containing cleaning supplies, which is only available to the owners.
