In a true haven overlooking the pretty city of Rouen, close to Bois Guillaume/Bihorel. Relax quietly in an elegant outbuilding completely renovated in 2022. A cozy bedroom with a double bed, a dresser and a storage area in the closet, a desk area, an en-suite shower room/toilet overlooking a pleasant garden. On sunny days you will enjoy a terrace area arranged to have breakfast among the fruit trees. Difficult access The space 18 m2 studio with its newly renovated bedroom and bathroom. Guest access Access is steep, a few gravel steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility Other things to note The accommodation is slightly isolated, access is a bit sporty, the surroundings are steep and access is via a staircase of a dozen steps (the price of tranquility and calm^^) tip: if you want to avoid the steps, it is possible, park on Rue des Sapins. The first shops are 600 meters from the accommodation. Going to town on foot is possible, you have to like the elevation because the surroundings are very steep. The F2 bus passes 200 m from the reservoir stop and takes you to the city center. Don't hesitate to contact us if you want to know the various walks to do in the area.
