Bright & cheerful 2 bed house with fire place

Welcome to the beach! Located 4 blocks in from the Main Street/beach and 1 block from the lake front path. This 2 bedroom cottage has a Queen bed and wall AC unit in the master bedroom as well as a set of twin bunk beds in the second room. The living space includes an electric fireplace and pull out couch to sleep 6. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the private rear covered porch, BBQ, fire pit and large yard perfect for entertaining or family diners. Lots of parking around the property The space The space has a bright and open yet secluded feeling. The living room dinning room is bright with modern furniture and an electric fireplace. A nice place to relax after a long day on the lake. The couch pulls out and can sleep an additional 2 people totalling 6 people. We can sleep 8-10 people with additional air mattresses on the floors. The kitchen is a large size great for meal preparation and entertaining. The adjacent screened in porch is used all year round from simply sipping your morning coffee to gathering with your group for drinks. The fire pit and BBQ are available just outside the screen porch in the large back yard. Laying on a blanket on the hit, watch the stars and enjoy the fire pit in the summer is one of our favourite things to do. The two bedrooms can be blacked out with the blind and provide a nice dark space to rest for the night. The master has the in wall AC unit and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds. Guest access Guests will be able to access the yard, main house and screened porch. The garage and shed will remain locked. Other things to note If you are bringing a furry friend please note this on your booking with the extra pet cleaning fee including at time of booking (or communicated and adjusted prior to check-in). More than 4 people up to 10 people may stay on the property. This needs to be indicated and additional guest fees per person per night will need to be include at time of booking (or communicated and adjusted prior to check-in). There are no parties and gatherings over the number of people listed on the booking without expressed permission at the time of booking. If you are wanting to host a party please reach out prior to booking. There are 6 bed/pull out couch spaces to sleep. Air mattresses can be requested at the time of booking to be set up for additional guests over the number of 6 in the bedrooms/living room space. Please note that any additional guests (over 4) that may choose to camp on and use the property in tents or trailers are also to included in the total guest count at the time of booking. There is currently no Wifi or cable tv at the cabin. We believe the beach is a great place to relax and disconnect. If this changes we will added to the list of amenities.
