We're located on a quiet street in a prime North Park neighborhood -close to Hillcrest, Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, airport, downtown- along with lots of restaurants, coffee, pubs and shopping options. Charming, quiet, safe tiny house for the perfect getaway spot for easy going, chill travelers. Located in a great, residential neighborhood of North Park that closely borders Hillcrest near Morley Field. For your stay, the tiny house is equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay~ including a nice little PRIVATE outdoor sitting space complete with a fire table for relaxing in the evenings. Easy access-just two steps up on to the little private porch into the house. A gravel path leads to the house. Super walkable neighborhood for shopping and exploring, Metro is about a block away on University.. connecting you to downtown and say beyond. We're Super Hosts and have been hosting for over a decade. PARKING DETAILS: street parking is available in a residential neighborhood. North Park is one of San Diego’s most walkable neighborhoods, so many guests park once and explore on foot or via Uber/Lyft.. There are no parking permits required, and no street sweeping restrictions on the streets. You are welcome to park in driveway for a few minutes to unload and check in and also when you check out. Parking is typically available within the same block or short little walk around the corner. Our outdoor space is quiet, open, private and all yours. Hanging twinkle lights and a propane FIRE TABLE with comfy seating in the evenings. We have lots of birds & butterflies all around. (please no cooking or grilling on the fire table) We have lots of brochures available in the tiny house that detail fun adventures available in San Diego if you don’t already have any solid plans and are open to an adventure! We want you to have a GREAT time and don't have a lot of rules. Gravel entry way to the little house. Your entrance is totally private with your own gate and keypad. Fire table with sitting area is all yours to enjoy in the evenings! Tiny house is behind a secured locking gate, along with drapes for total privacy. Super safe and off the street. The driveway and walkway are not paved, but instead gravel and slate. See photos. We are on the property, but not in your space. Please no shoes or smoking in the tiny house. Other things to note Super walkable neighborhood. Just a few blocks to coffee, restaurants & shopping that you easily can walk to. San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park about 5 minutes by car and a 20 minute walk. Just 2 blocks to a Main bus line on University Street. We have *street parking* that is unrestricted.. meaning that there are no permits needed and no street sweeping restrictions. Parking is on residential streets and is typically available within the same block or a short walk. You are welcome to load and unload in the driveway. Easy to travel light, we have everything you'll need. We also have a porch for bikes. If you need help lighting the fire table the first time, please ask early in the day, while it is still light out. There are also written instructions on the kitchen table for the fire table.
