Hello, Welcome to our humble abode. We’re going on a long vacation and therefore putting our place on Airbnb. You’re welcome to contact us for any questions. It’s a beautiful and cosy villa with a huge garden. The living room is huge with a nice view of the garden. Bus stops connecting to station and City are barely 300 meters walk from the house. Friendly and quiet neighborhood is a huge plus. There are lakes and shopping malls quiet close by. You can reach the city center in 30 mins tops. The space We appreciate if you would treat our home as your own which includes responsible use of everything available. Our place is a nice villa in a quiet neighborhood and a huge garden. We have a toddler and a baby so you will find plenty of child friendly stuff around the house. You’re welcome to use them during your stay. Guest access You may use the entire house except our personal belongings (such as clothes etc. ) ;) If you need something pls ask we will most likely be able to help you. Other things to note Our home is available while we’re away. We can arrange for a cleaning lady to come in and do the cleaning once a week for a small fee. Kindly use the electricity and heating responsibly. We will read the meter before and after you occupy the premises. If usage is exorbitantly excessive then you may be charged from the deposit. This is mainly due to high electricity and natural gas prices. This is our personal home so you will find some personal items around. We will try to remove such items as much as we can. Kindly be mindful of this fact and treat our space politely. If you have any questions or if you’re unsure about using anything pls jut ask. We’re happy to answer you ASAP.
