Venture out from this tastefully designed studio to the beautiful beaches of San Diego. The house was built in 2022. Walk to the friendly town of Cardiff by the Sea, its beach and restaurants in 7 minutes. Take a hike around San Elijo lagoon and see its beautiful nature. Walk or bike to Encinitas, Solana Beach and Del Mar on designated bike paths or take your shoes off and walk on the beach to explore those towns. All of San Diego is within a 30-minute drive. Reach Orange County in 40 minutes. The space You will have a private entrance to the unit. Guest access You will have the front patio all to yourself. Other things to note You can park on the street close to the unit entrance. We live in the unit above.
