It is a vacant space with no tent, beds, or anything provided. It does have a 2m by 3.5 meter artificial grass mat laid down to add to comfort and usability. The site does have support poles already in place to make it easier and quicker to tie on the tent support ropes to maximise the space available for you to enjoy. There is a sink bench with water, and even a BBQ nearby with some chairs to relax and enjoy the close by amazing ocean views. The owner operates a fishing charter business from the property and so expect the possibility of fishing equipment, fishing customers, possible fishing smells, and the possibility of a feed of fresh fish. Guest access This small tent site is more private and sheltered than other available tent sites. It is more sheltered from the wind, sun and natural elements. No one can pass by your site. The main good guest hot showers and flush toilets, hot water and power supply are below you at the house below you. Access is up a 15 meter steepish mown grassy slope from vehicle parking below, or at the main house below Other things to note The access to this site is up a short less than a half a minute walk up a mown steep grassy slope. Parking spaces are below for your vehicle. A 4 wheel drive vehicle can typically drive right to the spot to drop items off but most find the short walk well worth it because of the amazing view you get to enjoy.
