Luxury 1895 Stone & Wood Art House

New online Jan/2023 A freshly renovated wood & stone art house for up to 10 people. Since we travel a lot for work, we also want to offer other people a awesome stay in our quiet spot of the world. From a pool table and full fridge of drinks to an equipped office and complete kitchen, we make our home available to you. We trust & ask you to treat things with respect. This house has taken more than 2 years of our time to renovate. Cheers & we are happy for every Feedback to improve every stay. The space Welcome to the charming wood & stone art house, which is located in the middle of a small (180 people) village called Rohrbach and has been there since 1895. After two years of renovation and renewal of the interior, you can now relax, work, gamble, etc. here. Whether alone, as a couple or with a group, the house in the heart of Rohrbach has room for up to 10 guests. In addition to a master bedroom, the approx. 130 sqm house has a work room, which also provides a sofa bed. Directly down the hall to the right is the washing machine and dryer, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. Here you can give free rein to your culinary skills. Opposite the kitchen and anteroom is the bathroom, separated by a glass door. It shines with a ground-level rain shower and a large bathtub. If we now move up one floor, we find a billiard table, which invites us to play with friends or a single game. Afterwards, you can relax on the large couch. Here you have the option of using the Chrome Cast to stream services directly from your mobile phone to the TV (step-by-step instructions can be found on the glass table). In the same room there is also a drink fridge for thristy big groups. When you arrive it‘s turned off, because of the noises. Feel free to put it on, if you need it. It takes a couple of hours to cool down a full fridge. Further sleeping places can be found in the attic, which offers a cosy place for up to 6 guests due to its sloping roof. Of course, the property has freely available WLAN access, which would provide sufficient power (100,000 line) for several people in the home office. We offer you our own home here, which we would like to leave to you for a short time as a holiday home during our stay abroad. Therefore, treat it respectfully, as if it were your own.
