My place is close to restaurants, nightlife, the beach, family-friendly activities and airport . Each guest is greeted with use of a full set of white towels a hair dryer, curler and flat iron in addition to a complimentary pair of slippers & in room tea and coffee service. Plenty of safe, free parking; comfy new bed, safe neighborhood. My place is good for solo adventurers. The listing is a private room. The space The space has been newly renovated with central air conditioning and heat and is very spacious with lots of extra space inside as well as a private patio courtyard for morning coffee and reading the paper. The guest bathroom has a large spa shower with overhead shower head and well as a hand held. There is TV in the living room as well as in the Kitchen/dinning room pace. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets that are very welcoming for morning and evening walks. Guest access You will have access to dinning room, Kitchen, laundry room, and private courtyard. During your stay I am available and on the premises early morning and evenings and via telephone and text at all other times.
