Apartment at an altitude of 1700 m, ideally located 900 m from the heart of the Font-Romeu ski resort, with stunning panoramic views of Cerdagne. Close to restaurants, shops and ski lifts, this refurbished 50 m2 accommodation can accommodate 2-4 people in a warm atmosphere. Quiet and overlooking the Cerdan plateau, it has a large south facing balcony and a parking space. All comfort for families or groups of friends thanks to well-kept services. The space Ideal accommodation for couples and small families with kids. Sleeping arrangements: For the modular room, choose: _ 2 single beds _ 1 double bed (Queen size) Living room: sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) Heating: The accommodation has a pellet stove that is very easy to use (just ON/OFF button). In winter the stove is programmed (you will have nothing to do). For long stays, it will require a little handling to fill the tank and clean the stove's ashtray. (5min bus) Snow removal: If necessary, you will find in the entrance to the residence all the necessary equipment to clear your access and parking space. Other things to note Linens / Bathroom towels / Kitchen towels: _ Bath towels, dish towels, bathroom mats, hand towels ARE PROVIDED. _ SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
