Whether you're snuggling in on a wintry weekend, using this as home-base for summer explorations, or unwinding after a historic downtown event, you'll find all your creature comforts met while planning your next outing. Simply a mile from the historic downtown and river areas, you'll have easy access to the best of Stillwater! This Stillwater Loft Apartment rental is on our personal property, behind our house and above our detached garage. The apartment entrance is located on the right-side of the building (not visible from our home) and is separated from the neighbor's property by a 6-foot, wooden fence. We will graciously respect your privacy during your stay and simply ask that you do the same. You may see us in our backyard, coming and going to work, or grilling dinner on our patio. Feel free to say hello, ask questions, or reach out with anything you may need. We are friendly, easy-going folks and want you to feel comfortable during your stay! This apartment is located in the historic North Hill neighborhood of Stillwater, Minnesota's oldest town, featuring homes from the 1870's to present. With downtown Stillwater and the St. Croix River a mile away, both are accessible by biking or walking. Located at the top of the valley, your explorations of the area will include hilly sidewalks and roads, antique stained glass windows, century-old trees, native plants and rain gardens, golf courses, city/county/state lakes and trails, parks and playgrounds, and the year-round beauty of Minnesota.
